Currency

All prices on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

Secure checkout

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

When you're charged

Your payment method is charged when you place your order. You'll receive an order confirmation by email straight away.

Declined payments

If your payment is declined, please check your details or try a different payment method. Your bank or payment provider can tell you more about why a payment was declined.

Order verification

To protect our customers, orders may be checked for fraud. In rare cases we may contact you to verify an order, or cancel it and refund you in full.
